Your Responsibilities

Manage, coach, and support your in-spa sales team

Implement upselling strategies to boost treatments, packages, and skincare

•

Monitor daily net sales and suggest improvements

•

Maintain a positive client experience and high team morale

Work Schedule

In-person, 4 days per week

•

8–10 hours per day
