Senior Data Operations

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to generate actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to monitor sales and operational performance across teams.
• Support sales forecasting and business planning through historical and real-time data analysis.
• Identify performance gaps, operational issues, and growth opportunities to support business optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, growth, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM systems, reporting tools, and sales databases while evaluating individual and team performance metrics.

Requirements

• +5 years of experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Google Spreadsheets, and data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, or Google Data Studio.
• Experience analyzing sales performance, customer behavior, and operational data to support business decision-making.
• Strong understanding of KPI monitoring, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
