We are hiring a Tax Consultant - Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a unique chance to start your career in an international environment, working closely with global clients and developing expertise in client management and international tax processes.

Who You Are

•

A strong communicator who enjoys working with clients.

•

Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.

•

Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

•

Recently graduated in Translation and Interpretation, Law, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

What You’ll Do

•

Help new clients get set up with Marosa and guide them through their first steps

•

Collect and organise information about how their business operates

•

Prepare documents and support VAT registrations in different countries

•

Contact tax authorities and follow up on applications and requests

•

Make sure everything is in place so clients can meet their VAT obligations on time

•

Support clients when things change, such as expanding to new countries or updating their setup
