About the Role We are looking for a data-driven analyst to help build reporting systems, automate workflows, and turn company data into actionable insights.

This person will play a key role in improving how leadership monitors performance across a growing portfolio of senior living communities while helping the company implement new AI and automation initiatives.

This is a great opportunity for someone talented in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and building scale-able systems inside a growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership teams
  • Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Create recurring reports for occupancy, revenue, expenses, labor, clinical, and overall business performance
  • Improve reporting processes by automating manual tasks wherever possible
  • Help integrate AI tools and automation into daily workflows
  • Organize and manage company data across multiple systems
  • Support Key Performance Indicator (KPI) tracking and performance bench marking across all assets
  • Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve decision-making through better data visibility
  • Assist with forecasting and financial performance analysis

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years experience in analytics, reporting, finance, or business intelligence
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience building dashboards or reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Interest in AI tools, automation, and process improvement
  • Ability to organize large amounts of data into clear business insights

Bonus Skills

  • SQL knowledge
  • Python or automation experience
  • Experience with APIs or integrating software systems
  • Real estate, healthcare, or operations experience is a plus
  • Power BI + AI + financial modeling
