About the Role
Leading the company's site selection plan, you will be responsible for executing the land procurement process in multiple rail-served industrial parks across the US..

What You’ll Do
- Interact with multiple EDC and lead the plot acquiring process
- Lead the presentation at the decision makers' level
- Managing negotiations and leading contractual engagements.
- Ongoing work with partners, customers, and internal stakeholders in the organization.
- The role includes travel throughout the US.
What We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Senior executive at a leading site selection firm or class 1 industrial development executive or senior REDI executive
- Experience in managing negotiations and commercial engagements.
- Business understanding and high economic orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and trust.
- High-level phrasing and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Entrepreneurial, task-oriented, and ambitious approach.
- Ability to work independently alongside teamwork.
