About the Role: Night Auditor
As our Night Auditor, you will play an integral role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

You are the face of the hotel—creating first impressions and memorable guest moments. Your energy, attention to detail, and service mindset will directly shape the guest experience and bring our brand to life.
What You’ll Be Doing -
- Audit and balance daily revenue, post charges, and process settlements
- Reconcile and balance accounts, run reports, and corrects discrepancies
- Prepare daily reports including Guest Ledger Summary and Daily Restaurant Summary
- Ensure files are accurate and systems are reset for the next day
- Assist with closing procedures and coordinate with front desk and F&B outlets
- Provide excellent service to guests and staff overnight
Operations & Execution
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations aligned with brand standards
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment

Schedule -
Overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
Front Desk / Guest Services
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Familiarity with PMS systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus
Education (Optional / Adjustable)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
