Do you thrive on data and turning complex information into actionable insights that drive real business impact? Are you a seasoned analyst with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced, go-to-market environment? If so, we're looking for you to join our Global Business Operations team! In this pivotal role, you will take ownership of the data that fuels our sales, marketing, and revenue operations success. This position will directly impact our pipeline efficiency and commercial growth. You will be a strategic partner to sales, marketing, and finance, providing the data-driven rationale for budget allocation and spend optimization while driving continuous improvement across all channels.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for

  • Leading the development and implementation of a robust sales and revenue data strategy that optimizes our go-to-market pipelines.
  • Defining, tracking, and reporting on key sales performance indicators (KPIs) focused on pipeline health, stage conversion rates, and sales velocity.
  • Acting as the primary analytical bridge between Sales Leadership and the Revenue Operations team, providing data-driven insights to optimize sales quotas and territory planning.
  • Developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to commercial stakeholders across the organization.
  • Gathering, normalizing, and integrating data from various commercial sources, with a heavy emphasis on our CRM, ERP, and sales enablement tools.
  • Strategically partnering with sales leadership to analyze and forecast revenue, pipeline predictability, and the impact of various sales initiatives.
  • Proactively identifying areas for data improvement and automation, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency across the sales funnel.

The team you will be joining

The Global Business Operations team is a collaborative group dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience through high-quality and high-velocity execution. It is the engine that accelerates OnLogic’s growth, balancing technical value with measurable financial results.
