Job description

About Us

Brado's Insight is a fresh, intimate understanding of people's beliefs that has the power to genuinely change behavior. Our team takes on the most complex problems, and provides solutions that are both simple and surprising.

In 1996, Brado started as a creative agency. Believing most research approaches stymied creativity versus inspiring it, Brado saw an opportunity to shift to a new kind of strategic marketing research firm. Today, the Brado insight team is nationally recognized for its creativity and inspirational insight.

The Role

We're looking for a Senior Qualitative Insight Director to join our team. This individual is a creative problem solver who consistently and effectively executes projects, often as a coach mentoring teammates. You must be able to quickly gain the confidence of clients who see Brado as strategic consultants beyond traditional market researchers. You must be able to engage an audience — writing and presenting your ideas, observations, and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner. Above all, you must be a tremendous strategic thinker — someone who inspires confidence by consistently identifying insight that provides clear direction for clients and their agencies.

  • Appropriately adds visual elements to communicate the story.
  • Leverages client and industry knowledge and external frameworks, anecdotes, constructs, macro and micro-trends, psychological understanding, etc., to elevate the strategy.
