A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO — and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.

To serve as the primary bridge between on-ground logistics execution and digital order orchestration. This role ensures system availability to deliver a successful "shipment" end to end by translating physical warehouse and in-transit cargo constraints into system requirements.

🌏 Regional & Language Requirements

• Must have, Mandarin Fluency: Must be fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) to coordinate with manufacturers, suppliers, and warehouse teams in Mainland China and the Greater China region. (China travel is required)
• Good to have, APAC Domain Knowledge: Understanding of the fragmented APAC logistics landscape, including cross-border e-commerce regulations, last-mile delivery networks (e.g., J&T, Ninja Van, SF Express), and regional trade compliance.

Skill Category Specific Requirement (1-2 Year Level) Technical Mapping: Proficiency in flow-charting tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Miro or Visio). System Knowledge: Basic understanding of OMS (Order Management), WMS (Warehouse), and TMS (Transport). Language: Fluent Mandarin (Native or HSK 5+) and professional English. Problem Solving: Ability to break down a "Ground Delay" into a clear Jira ticket for developers.
