Job description
A Call to the Technician Who Takes Pride in Being the Person Others Count On
This may not be the right job for every technician.
But if you’re the kind of person who takes ownership, solves problems, and refuses to walk away until the job is done right — you’ll probably recognize yourself here.
This isn’t just another “turn a wrench and move on to the next call” technician role.
At Hodge Industrial Technologies, our technicians protect something bigger than equipment.
When a compressed air system goes down, it isn’t just an inconvenience.
Production lines stop.
Hospitals and critical facilities feel the pressure.
Businesses lose time, money, and the ability to serve the people depending on them.
That’s where we come in.
Our customers trust us to restore reliability, prevent costly downtime, and give them something incredibly valuable:
Peace of mind.
And that only happens because of technicians who care enough to do the job right.
What You’ll Own
You will be trusted to
- Diagnose and solve real equipment issues
- Perform repairs and preventative maintenance
- Deliver high-quality service in the field
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Represent Hodge with excellence every time you show up
Your work matters because our customers depend on it.
How You’ll Know You’re Winning
Success in this role comes down to three things
- First-Time Fix Rate
Customers count on us to solve problems correctly the first time.
- Reliable Response Time
When equipment is down, urgency matters.
- Productivity & Efficiency
Great technicians work smart, stay organized, and make every hour count.
Everything else supports these outcomes.
