Systems Analyst/Engineer

Prefer local staff who can report to office in Washington, DC.

The primary responsibility of the Technology Services’ (TS) ERP Cloud Solution Delivery team is to maintain and support highly visible cloud systems, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Coupa. We are seeking one Workday Functional Analyst to augment the team.

The Contractor will provide support which includes troubleshooting Production issues, configuring Workday Finance application, performing end-to-end testing of integrations, reports and/or business processes. The Contractor would support the Production Workday environment, future releases, and the development of new solutions and enhancements

Capabilities

• Analyze user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
• Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Identifies resources required for each task.
• Provides daily supervision and direction to support staff.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related degree in the IT field or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in full SDLC for all task order applications and technologies.
• Experience developing Workday reports, Orchestrate integrations, and Prism Analytics solutions.
• Strong understanding of Workday Finance business processes, security, and data architecture.
• Experience with Workday integration technologies and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent work ethic and analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

The Contractor shall deliver, but not be limited to, the following:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday custom reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Build and support Workday Orchestrate integrations for a new travel system, workflows, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain Workday Prism Analytics data pipelines, datasets, and visualizations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reports, integrations, and analytics solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Support Workday releases, enhancements, testing, and production deployments.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and best practices.
