Job description

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (PCs, printers, network devices).
Support Microsoft environment including user accounts, email, and access management.
Handle network-related issues (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity).
1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level).
Basic knowledge with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (user management, permissions).
Good troubleshooting skills in Microsoft Windows environments.
Good in hardware installation and troubleshooting.
