  • Develop coaching knowledge and practical skills in line with the approved PGA training programme.
  • Ensure coaching activities are delivered professionally, safely and in line with Brocket Hall standards.

Member and Guest Experience

  • Build positive relationships with members, guests and academy customers.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for Brocket Hall at all times.
  • Respond to enquiries in a helpful, timely and professional manner.
  • Support the delivery of a premium golf experience across the estate.
  • Assist with resolving basic member or guest queries, escalating where required.

The successful candidate will be expected to enrol on, or continue with, an approved PGA training programme or relevant development pathway.

Brocket Hall will support the successful candidate’s development through practical experience, mentoring and structured exposure to golf operations, coaching, academy delivery and commercial golf services.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional individual with a genuine passion for golf and a desire to develop a career as a PGA Professional. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills, a positive and team-focused attitude, excellent organisational abilities, and high standards of personal presentation. They should have a good understanding of golf etiquette and golf club operations, be willing to work flexibly including weekends and peak periods, and have the intention to pursue or continue PGA training. Previous experience in a golf club, coaching, retail, leisure or customer-facing environment, along with familiarity with golf booking or CRM systems, would be advantageous.
