The role
Our Sales Operations Manager is an active member and integral part of our Sales Division. You are located in our head offices in Thessaloniki. As Sales Operations Manager, is responsible for empowering Sales Management and Sales people with the tools and insights to succeed. Oversee and optimize the sales process to ensure the team operates efficiently and effectively. Conduct data analysis and handle technology tools & automations to support sales goals. Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations and drive sales growth. Your daily work life consists of overseeing and optimizing the sales processes within an organization. You are responsible for managing sales data, analyzing performance metrics, developing sales strategies, and implementing tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency.
Let's take a look on your main tasks
- Forecasting and budgeting process from the side of Sales Division, collecting and organizing info, and submittals
- Utilizing reporting tools to build strong insights on the business and the performance of the sales division, also acting as an advisor, pointing out risks, opportunities and improvements
- Controlling target setting and KPI calculation for Group Sales Division to follow Group Benefits policy
- Collecting and analyzing market insights
- Enhancing the performance of sales department by mapping the processes, keeping them updated and re-engineering them so that we become more and more efficient. Develop automations in collaboration with IT to facilitate Sales processes
Your impact
Indeed, the person we need requires a strong sales and tech background, with knowledge of sales efficiency and sales policies and love for analyzing data, but that’s only the beginning. We want a people-oriented and a team player person, that will coordinate the sales operations team and will come in touch with our sales and marketing team, supporting their functions to create comprehensible reports. Your analytical skills, your attention to detail and your critical thinking skills play a crucial role to understand the numbers and validate the data to reach the right conclusions.
- Previous experience in a similar position or in the construction industry is required.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferred
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Proven experience in analyzing market insights
- Excellent knowledge of Excel applications and the English language
- Power BI knowledge
- Acquainted with Power Automate
- Very good knowledge of CRM and sales policies
- Organizational skills, responsibility, time management skills
- Analytical skills, critical thinking ability and attention to detail
