Strategic Partnerships Manager, Singapore
About the Role
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be a core team member responsible for building and managing the ecosystem of relationships that expand Moomoo’s presence, credibility and reach across Singapore’s financial and capital markets landscape. This is a high-impact role for a natural connector and strategic hunter — someone who can hold the big picture in mind while navigating the details of relationship-building, with a genuine passion for ecosystem development. Reporting to the Regional Head of Corporate Affairs, this team member will be part of a wider regional CA team spanning Communications, Strategic Partnerships and Investor Education.
The ideal candidate sees Moomoo’s place in the broader financial ecosystem and builds relationships that make Moomoo impossible to ignore — partnerships that move the needle on Moomoo’s reputation, credibility and reach among audiences that matter. They bring around 9-12 years of relevant experience, strong existing relationships across Singapore’s financial and corporate community, and a growth mindset to continue developing in this role.
Key Responsibilities
The key areas of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Stakeholder Network and Ecosystem Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts, policymakers, investors, partners, ecosystem players and other relevant stakeholders across Singapore and the region.
- Identify and develop opportunities to strengthen Moomoo’s brand awareness, influence and credibility within the financial and capital markets ecosystem, working across multiple dimensions including: capital markets (e.g. SGX, exchanges, listed companies); financial institutions (e.g. banks, fund houses, asset managers); education and professional bodies (e.g. universities, CFA Society, investor education groups); government and agencies (e.g. EnterpriseSG, IMDA, SkillsFuture); and community (e.g. FWA, 100 Women in Finance, next-gen investors, entrepreneurs).
- Represent the Corporate Affairs function as a trusted partner to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring Moomoo shows up consistently and credibly across all partnership touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities for Moomoo to participate in high-quality speaking engagements, forums, convenings and industry platforms that advance its strategic objectives and deepen its presence in priority communities.
Partnership Development and Pipeline Management
- Proactively identify, pursue and close strategic partnership opportunities that are aligned with Moomoo’s business priorities, including co-branded initiatives, content partnerships, joint events, distribution agreements and cross-referral arrangements.
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from identification and outreach through negotiation, onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
- Track and report on the health, impact and ROI of partnerships, using insights to prioritise the pipeline and inform future partnership strategy.
- Work closely with Communications, Investor Education and Business teams to activate partnerships in ways that are meaningful to both Moomoo and its partners.
- Exercise sound judgment in evaluating partnership fit, managing stakeholder expectations and navigating complex or sensitive relationship dynamics.
Events and Brand Presence
- Lead or support Moomoo’s participation in key industry events, conferences and community convenings, ensuring Moomoo is consistently visible and well-represented in priority spaces.
- Collaborate with internal teams to co-create and execute partner-facing events, activations and content that strengthen Moomoo’s relationships and deepen community engagement.
- Manage Moomoo’s presence at flagship events such as MooFest, ensuring the partner and stakeholder experience is seamless, differentiated and on-brand.
- Monitor the external landscape for emerging opportunities, community shifts and stakeholder developments that could inform Moomoo’s partnership and positioning strategy.
- Support issues management and stakeholder engagement where partnerships intersect with reputational matters or sensitive external situations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary qualification in business, finance, communications or a related discipline.
- Around 9-12 years of relevant experience (open to more or less, depending on profile, personality and growth mindset) in one or more of the following: capital markets, financial services, corporate development, partnerships, government relations, investor relations or business development, ideally with exposure to multiple stakeholder communities.
- Familiar with financial products and services
- A strong and active network of relationships across Singapore’s financial, corporate and public sector community, with demonstrated ability to open doors and sustain meaningful partnerships.
- Natural connector with strong interpersonal presence, someone who is commercially minded, genuinely curious about people and ecosystems, and builds trust easily across different types of stakeholders.
- Strategic hunter mentality with the ability to hold the big picture in mind while navigating the details of relationship-building, proactive, self-directed and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player.
- Hands-on, resourceful and results-oriented, with the willingness to operate across strategy, execution and administrative detail where required.
- High ethical standards, strong problem-solving ability and the discretion to handle confidential or sensitive matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Please note that only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
