Job description
Reporting to the Digital Growth Manager, you will support the execution and optimization of digital growth initiatives to drive merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for the SME business. You will manage day-to-day operations across digital channels, including paid media, social media, and e-commerce platforms, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to execute campaigns and improve performance.
In this role, you will leverage data and customer insights to optimize campaigns, enhance customer journeys, and contribute to achieving business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of digital growth initiatives to drive SME merchant acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- Manage the day-to-day operations of digital channels, including paid media, social media, and e-commerce platforms to increase traffic, lead generation, and conversions
- Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and publish content across digital channels, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and relevance to target merchants
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer engagement, and provide recommendations for optimization
- Execute, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns to maximize lead quality and ROI
- Assist in managing digital marketing budgets and monitoring campaign spending to ensure efficient resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns and support business objectives
- Identify opportunities to improve digital funnels, customer journeys, and channel effectiveness through testing and continuous optimization
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to SME businesses.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, growth marketing, or related roles, preferably within fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Hands-on experience managing digital marketing campaigns across paid media and social media platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and e-commerce advertising platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights to optimize campaign performance
- Experience monitoring and analyzing digital marketing metrics
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Creative, proactive, and result-oriented mindset, with a willingness to experiment and continuously improve campaign performance
- Proficiency in Thai and English (written and verbal)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
