About Us
INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. As a digital ecosystem enabler, INDICO plays a strategic role both as a platform company and a holding company.
As a platform company, INDICO strives to create non-telecom value by enhancing user experience of Telkomsel and INDICO Group services. Currently, INDICO is building three business platforms through a B2B2C model: INDICO Commerce (digital product transaction solution), INDICO Engage (marketing solution), and INDICO DataHub (data solution).

What you will do but not limited to
- Support customer journey and merchant journey mapping for SIMPATI+ and Indigift initiatives.
- Translate business needs, deal concepts, and product initiatives into user flow, business flow, wireframe, or journey visualization.
- Support Business Requirement Document preparation, including background, objective, scope, business rules, user flow, success criteria, and UAT criteria.
- Support UAT business preparation, including test scenario, test case, evidence documentation, and business flow validation.
- Review deal/product experience to identify possible user friction, operational gap, or journey improvement.
- Support business/product deck visualization for internal alignment with Product Team, AM, Operation, or management.
- Coordinate with Business Owner, Product Team, AM, and Operation to ensure business requirements and journey are clearly understood.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, International Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong research, analytical, problem-solving abilities, able to translate business ideas into clear flow and documentation.
- Stong Understanding of e-commerce operations, online sales, marketplace ecosystems, and customer journey management.
- Good understanding of sales funnels, customer acquisition, and business strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Good communication skill and able to work with cross-functional teams.
- Available for 6 months Internship program
