SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST - Genepharm

Main responsibilities

· Handling and follow-up of customers’ purchase orders

· Coordination and consolidation of customers’ forecast

· Reporting of customers’ sales and forecast

· Calculating and evaluating offers to customers

· Negotiating and managing supply agreements with customers

· Monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

· Launch coordination of new products

· Pre-sales and after sales customer support

Requirements

· Previous experience in a similar position and knowledge of the pharmaceutical market will be desirable

· Have an outgoing personality and be customer focused

· Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Have team spirit

· Be well organised and self-motivated

· Be able to handle multiple tasks

· Have an excellent command (written and verbal) of the English language (knowledge of any other European language will be

considered as an asset)

· Be proficient in the use of MS Office Programs
