Job description
- Ensure quality control across internal processes
- Verify correctness of:
- content configuration and setup
- access and key management
- integration parameters (endpoints, tokens, environments)
- Validate data in admin panels, CRM systems, and internal tools
- Perform smoke and sanity checks after changes
- Analyze and categorize errors (types, root causes, frequency)
- Collaborate with external partners on quality and integration-related topics
- Participate in testing of new integrations and features
- Develop and maintain checklists, SOPs, and quality standards
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to reduce errors
- Experience in QA / QC / technical support / operations roles
- Understanding of REST APIs and integration principles
- Ability to work with JSON, logs, and admin interfaces
- Experience with Postman or similar tools
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail and structured thinking
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation
- English sufficient for documentation and written communication
Nice to Have
- Experience working with third-party integrations
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, etc.)
- Basic automation skills (Python, scripts, no-code tools)
- Understanding of release processes
