By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital and social commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end-to-end.
The team you will be part of
Intrepid’s Product team is scaling fast, and we’re looking for a sharp, highly organised Product Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of the function.
You’ll keep our planning on track, our cadences running, our reporting accurate, and our team communicating well — so our Product Managers can focus on building great products. You’ll audit how the product organisation runs, find what’s broken or missing, propose better ways of working, and then run the machine day to day. This role sits within an existing Product organization and acts as the operational connector across Product, Tech, Design, and Business teams. You will not build processes from scratch, but improve and scale how the current organization runs, working closely with the Chief Product Officer.
This is a high-ownership, high-pace role for someone who loves bringing order to complexity and making teams run better.
Your primary mission is to keep the Product team's operating rhythm running - planning, reporting, comms and process - so PMs can stay focused on product
Where this role sits
- You'll join an established Product team and report to the Chief Product Officer, working closely with them day to day.
- You'll partner across the whole function — Product Managers, plus Tech, Business and Design — as the connective tissue that keeps everyone aligned and moving.
- You'll be the operational counterpart to the Product Managers: they own product decisions and roadmaps; you own the systems, cadences and reporting that keep the team running well.
- This is a central, cross-cutting role — you'll touch every part of how the team operates, which makes it a strong vantage point to learn the business and grow.
Your responsibilities will include
- Project & program management — keep quarterly planning and key product initiatives on track end to end; chase inputs, owners and deadlines so timelines hold and nothing slips through the cracks.
- Process audit & improvement — continuously assess how the product organisation operates across planning, intake, delivery and reporting; spot gaps and friction; propose and roll out better processes.
- Operating cadence — run Agile/Scrum ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives); ensure they are consistent, well-prepared, and lead to clear decisions and outcomes.
- Reporting & visibility — own product reporting: roadmap status, leadership updates and KPI rollups — accurate, clear and on time. Maintain a single source of truth the whole team trusts.
- Communication & enablement — produce internal product communications and the monthly newsletter; onboard new team members; keep documentation, SOPs and templates current and used.
- Cross-functional coordination — be the standing coordination point across Product, Tech, Business and Design; track dependencies and unblock the team.
Who we look for - the ideal profile
- 3–5 years in product operations, program / project management, business operations, or a similar process-heavy, cross-functional role.
- An excellent project manager — you keep many moving pieces on track at once without dropping anything.
- Strong at process design and improvement — you audit how things work, see where they break, and fix them.
- An excellent communicator, written and verbal — clear, concise and well organised.
- Sharp, quick on the uptake and fast-moving — you thrive with a full and varied plate of work.
- High ownership and proactive — you chase things down and follow through without being asked.
- Comfortable working closely and directly with senior leadership, at pace and to a high bar.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented; calm and reliable juggling many threads at once.
- Fluent English; Vietnamese strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or a fast-scaling product organisation.
- Familiarity with product / project tools (Jira, Confluence, roadmap and analytics tools).
- Comfort with data and reporting; fluency with AI tools a plus.
Why this role
- Broad scope and real ownership from day one — you’ll touch every part of how the product team runs.
- Work shoulder-to-shoulder with product leadership and see first-hand how a scaling product organisation is built.
- A clear growth path into broader product operations — systems, data, and org-wide coordination.
In return, you will be getting
- We are building 'the operating system for digital commerce in South East Asia' covering all key platforms, working with leading international brands, with a breadth and depth of functionalities (Middleware, OMS, Inventory mgmt, Store Ops, CX, MarTech, Data & Analytics) that few in the industry can match
- You get the chance to work on exciting SaaS projects and sophisticated features and functionalities that will make a big impact in the industry, on a top-notch scalable infrastructure.
- Our Tech team has been around since 2017, so you will join a well-oiled and stable "machine" (= rockstar expert team), where processes are well established and enterprise-grade. But at the same time, our organisation is non-hierarchical, entrepreneurial and collaborative, and working on cool stuff, so you get the best of both worlds.
- Tech is a strategic pillar for intrepid, so you will feel the love and recognition for your work, and will partner closely with business stakeholders, who as internal users of the tech will provide the real-world feedback and inputs which help to take our tech stack to the next level
We also offer
Best of Both Worlds
We are a scale up: the sophistication of a small multinational, with the agility of a start-up. This means you get to work on cutting-edge projects, and besides your 'standard' job description, we love to see you show entrepreneurial initiative and want to see your take on how you can take your role and our company to the next level. Good ideas get implemented. You are the master of your own destiny.
Culture that Brings Out the Best
At Intrepid, culture is not just a buzzword, it is what we practice at work every day. We believe in collaboration over competition, transparency over politics, and willingness to learn over ego. You will be part of a team where people genuinely support one another, celebrate wins together, and face challenges head-on as one. We put our all into the work but we balance it with fun, whether that is through team lunches, after-work hangouts, events or shared laughter in the office. This is a place where you can thrive professionally while having a great time.
Grow Without Limits
Learning at Intrepid is constant and dynamic. You will have access to formal training through face-to-face sessions, coaching and our very own Intrepid Academy. On top of that, real-world experience such as leading clients, working with advanced tech, and mastering best-in-class processes will accelerate your growth every step of the way. Surrounded by a talented team that raises the bar daily, in a rapidly growing and ever-expanding business, the opportunities for your development are endless.
Rewarding You Right
We believe great work deserves great rewards at Intrepid. That’s why we offer competitive compensation and generous benefits, including comprehensive insurance and ample leave, to support you both in and out of the workplace. We want you to feel valued, cared for, and empowered to bring your best self to work every day.
Note: We will not be accepting any unsolicited resumes or CVs from headhunting or recruitment agencies at this point. Any CVs or profiles shared with us will not be entertained, and in the event of dispute, Intrepid will not be liable for any material compensation to third parties
