Senior Lawyer

Location: New Cairo, Egypt Company: B.TECH

Job Purpose To protect the company's legal interests through managing litigation cases, legal investigations, court procedures, and enforcement actions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle legal procedures before courts, police stations, and governmental authorities.
• Draft lawsuits, legal memoranda, and related legal documents.
• Attend court hearings, investigations, and legal proceedings on behalf of the company.
• Follow up on legal complaints, reports, and ongoing cases.
• Execute and monitor court judgments issued in favor of the company.
• Conduct internal legal investigations when required.
• Review and support the drafting of contracts and agreements.
• Monitor legal and regulatory updates that may impact the business.
• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and legal procedures.
• Previous experience in collection companies or banking sector is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Civil Law.
• Very good English language skills.
• Very good Microsoft Office skills.
