Learning Experience Officer

Job Description Summary :

The Learning & Development Officer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. This role involves creating engaging learning modules, facilitating training sessions, and evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives.

Job Description :

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and learning requirements

• Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and e-learning content

• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees at all levels

• Utilize various teaching methodologies (e.g., workshops, simulations, role-playing, gamification) to enhance learning retention

• Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant enrollment

• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs meet business objectives

• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS Moodle) to deploy and track training programs

• Explore and implement innovative learning tools (e.g., microlearning, AI-based learning)

• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results

• Prepare reports on training effectiveness and ROI for management review

Job Requirement :

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Educational Technology or related field

• Proven experience in instructional design, training facilitation, and curriculum development

• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Canva)

• Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, TalentLMS, Cornerstone)

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness
