The Specialist Social & Content will be at the forefront of executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies across web and social media. This role emphasizes encouraging experimentation while making data-driven decisions to refine our approach. Collaborating with the digital marketing team and other stakeholders will enhance digital marketing efforts, ensuring a seamless and user-focused experience. The specialist will make user journeys more effective and significantly contribute to achieving our defined objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Accountability 1 –Social Media Organic Channels and Community   

  • Support and upskill team members by conducting training sessions whenever necessary, and onboard new team members by sharing processes and best practices in social media, as well as overseeing the management of posts and campaigns on Khoros.
  • Share initiatives across the community, highlighting successful campaigns and innovative approaches in social media, encourage team members to contribute their experiences and insights to promote a culture of sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the application of social media policies and ensure that all markets are following the recommendations.
  • Implement campaigns by collaborating with the regional social media teams to ensure everything is done on time.
  • Use data analysis to monitor regional performance, and providing recommendations to increase reach and engagement rates, and how to drive traffic effectively to our websites and campaign pages.
  • Ensure that UTM parameters are being used on all links shared on Social Media, and track on Google Analytics the volume of traffic generated from Social to our websites and campaign pages.

Accountability 2 – Content Performance and experimentation:   

  • Identify potential problems, opportunities, and trends by examining data patterns.
  • Develop meaningful hypotheses and actionable recommendations based on data insights.
  • Communicate outcomes by effectively reporting the results of optimization efforts to stakeholders, fostering transparency and informed progression.
  • Commit to ongoing learning and improvement in conversion optimization techniques, driving continuous improvement and staying ahead of industry trends for a better user experience.
  • Collaborate across digital marketing teams and stakeholders to implement and enhance optimization initiatives, fostering a unified approach to problem-solving.
  • Think creatively and experiment with different approaches, formats, and strategies. Collaborate with designers, developers, content writers, martech and UX teams to bring ideas to life.

Accountability 3 – Content Support

Web

Create a content structure that clearly and objectively presents the problem, hypotheses, expected results, test results, monitored KPIs, and final results with actions taken.

  • Develop detailed reports on the outcomes of A/B tests performed on website and campaign landing pages, providing results, conclusions, and actionable recommendations to guide future strategies.
  • Prepare quarterly reports detailing optimization outcomes and key test findings, utilizing clear language and data visualization to effectively communicate with stakeholders.

Social Media

  • Prepare quarterly reports to show Global, Regional and KeyMarket Social Media results, using clear language and data visualisation to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Prepare dashboards to monitor the performance of product and service campaigns for various audiences and report to the stakeholders involved.


Key Requirements

Minimum: 

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. 
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the globe. 
  • Ability to clearly present findings and recommendations to stakeholders who may not have a technical background. 
  • Proficiency in analyzing Website and Social Media data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement. 
  • Knowledge of A/B and multivariate testing to experiment with different elements on a website and landing page. 
  • Understanding of UX principles to enhance the user journey. 
  • Understanding of customer behavior to tailor optimization strategies that encourage conversions on web and social media.  
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 

Ideal: 

  • Strong analytical skills. 
  • Experience with web testing tools like Sitecore Personalize. 
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track performance. 
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices to guide and support the team effectively. 
  • Has worked in a digital marketing role within the medical device areas  
  • Experience within the hearing market e.g. implantable hearing or hearing aid markets.  

Total Rewards

In addition to the opportunity to develop your knowledge and grow professionally, we offer competitive wages and benefits.

  • Pay Range in the United States: $90,000 - $95,000 based upon experience, as well as an annual bonus opportunity of 7.5% of base salary. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
