- Lease & Loan Portfolio Accounting
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease and loan amortization schedules for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
- Serve as primary point of contact and accountable owner for all core lease and loan accounting files, ensuring completeness and accuracy of records as reflected in the GL, including executed legal contracts and supporting documentation; work cross-functionally with internal teams to share and coordinate relevant lease and loan information as needed.
- General Accounting & Reporting
- Perform cash reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and maintain accuracy and integrity of financial records in accordance with GAAP and applicable accounting standards.
- Perform other general accounting tasks and ad hoc projects as assigned.

- Industry experience in banking, lending, equipment finance, or alternative investment sectors strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline required.

- Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable liaising with internal teams, servicers, auditors, and bank examiners.
- Self-starter with proactive mindset — takes initiative in problem-solving and process improvement without waiting to be directed.
- Strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability; able to manage deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment.
