Overview

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our newly established Security Systems Support Team. This small team will be responsible for the arming and disarming of security panels and performing minor account updates. The ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and have a good understanding of security systems and basic account management.

Responsibilities

  • Security Panel Operations:
  • Arming and disarming security panels as per client schedules and requests.
  • Monitoring panel statuses and responding to alerts or issues.
  • Account Updates:
  • Code Updates Only:
  • Accurately update security codes in the system as requested by clients.
  • Contact List and Code Updates:
  • Maintain and update client contact lists and associated security codes.
  • Portal Assistance:
  • Provide walkthrough assistance to clients on using the security system portal.
  • Help clients navigate the portal to manage their accounts and settings.
  • Client Support:
  • Respond to client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting basic issues with their security systems.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of all arming/disarming activities and account updates.
  • Generate regular reports on tasks completed and any issues encountered.
