Overview
This will be Work From Home (First 2 weeks WOS for proper onboarding, then WFH) & Night Shift. Supporting a Global client: Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
A client of ours is seeking a skilled Marketing Analyst/Marketing Operations Specialist with experience in Marketo and Salesforce to support data quality, enrichment, and operational performance across their marketing systems.
This role is execution-focused and requires hands-on management of data and workflows rather than reporting or analytical modeling.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and brings hands-on experience in data auditing, enrichment, deduplication, and workflow logic to ensure data accuracy and reliability across systems.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Data Auditing & Enrichment
•
Perform ongoing data auditing and enrichment to ensure completeness and accuracy of lead and contact records
•
Execute daily and weekly manual updates to key data fields (e.g., job title, country, state, company details)
•
Maintain and validate account matching, including aligning leads to the correct company for better lead assignment and targeting
Data Quality & Error Remediation
•
Identify and resolve data errors within systems (e.g., sync errors between Marketo and Salesforce)
•
Perform both manual merging of duplicate records to maintain a clean database or with the use of bulk API
•
Review and clean up incomplete or unidentified records (e.g., unknown personas or missing classifications)
Operational Workflow Monitoring
•
Monitor and validate automated workflows in Marketo to ensure accurate data processing and system performance
•
Track and support lead scoring models, ensuring proper score allocation and updates
•
Review lead lifecycle stages to ensure correct progression, status updates, and alignment with business rules
•
Oversee compliance-related workflows, including marketability status and data governance requirements
Database Health Management
•
Conduct regular reviews of database health, identifying gaps or inconsistencies in data
•
Investigate and manage leads/contacts in rejected stage, ensuring proper classification and resolution
•
Support continuous improvement of data quality standards and processes
Qualifications
Qualifications
•
Advanced proficiency in Marketo and working knowledge of Salesforce, including lead/contact structures, campaign workflows, and system sync behaviour.
•
Proven experience in data auditing, enrichment, deduplication, and maintaining database hygiene, with strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
•
Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management, lead scoring models, marketing data governance, and operational workflow monitoring.
•
Experience troubleshooting system errors (e.g., sync issues, workflow failures) and managing bulk data updates (e.g., CSV uploads, API-based tools) is preferred.
•
Ability to manage high-volume, repetitive tasks with accuracy, alongside strong organisational, communication, and collaboration skills.
•
Prior experience in a Marketing Operations or CRM/data operations role is highly desirable; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is preferred.
