We are seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our team to lead and support high impact initiatives focused on people development and employee engagement. This role will partner with teams across the firm to design, develop, and implement programs that enhance the employee experience at every stage of the employee lifecycle.

Responsibilities
The Employee Experience Specialist will lead and contribute to a portfolio of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include:
Program Design & Development
- Design and develop employee experience programs focused on career development, leadership development, and employee engagement
- Apply principles of organizational behavior, adult learning theory, and change management to program design
- Translate business needs and employee feedback into actionable solutions and scalable programs
Project Management & Implementation
- Lead end to end project management for complex, cross functional initiatives (planning, execution, communication, and evaluation)
- Develop project plans, timelines, and success metrics; ensure alignment with firm priorities
- Drive execution through collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the firm
Strategic Initiatives (Examples of Work)
- Support development of a firmwide career development strategy, including exploration and implementation of a Performance Management system
- Lead or support automation of employee lifecycle processes, such as retirement and role transitions
- Analyze employee sentiment and engagement data and develop action plans to address identified themes
- Contribute to firmwide initiatives that enhance employee experience across career stages
Collaboration & Leadership
- Partner with leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption of programs
- Lead project teams or workstreams, providing direction, coordination, and accountability
- Build strong, trusting relationships across the firm to drive engagement and results
Qualifications
Required Experience
- Experience designing and implementing programs in people development, learning, or employee engagement
- Strong project management experience, including managing multiple concurrent initiatives
- Experience leading teams or project groups in delivering complex work
Knowledge & Skills
- Working knowledge of:
- Organizational behavior
- Adult learning theory
- Change management principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations
- Proven ability to build collaborative, trust based relationships
Salary Range
$95,000 - $120,000
Eligible for Performance Based Bonus Compensation
