What You Will Do

• Lead daily behavioral health operations, coordinating resources and staff to ensure high-quality, seamless patient care and service delivery.
• Mentor the clinical team by serving as a primary functional resource, providing guidance to enhance technical skills and patient interaction quality.
• Oversee work assignments and clinical workflows, actively monitoring progress and adjusting operations to maintain efficiency and safety.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with healthcare policies and clinical standards, proactively identifying gaps and reporting on performance to maintain unit integrity.
• Support team development by actively facilitating the orientation and training of new associates and providing meaningful input on performance evaluations to foster professional growth.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• One or more of the following required:
• Licensed Clinical Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Counselor credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Social Worker credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Therapist specializing in Marriage & Family credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Marriage & Family Therapy, Professional Counseling & Social Work obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Supervisor credentialed from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services preferred.

Education

• High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
