Job description

We Are Hiring

Location: Local and national travel options are available dependent on need.

Facility: Multiple Ascension acute care hospitals

Department: Associate Travel Program - Physical Therapy

Schedule: Multiple Shifts available | 36-40 hours per week

Gross Rate up to $3,182 per week

What You Will Do

  • Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
  • Perform initial and ongoing patient assessments.
  • Develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.
  • Execute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
  • Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

Required Credential(s)

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.• Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Credential(s)

  • Drivers License.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred.

Additional Preferences

  • 1+ year recent experience as a Physical Therapist
