Overview
The Renewal Sales Specialist is responsible for managing existing customer accounts and driving contract renewals to retain revenue and strengthen customer relationships. This role focuses on engaging with current customers, understanding their business needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and securing timely renewals while identifying opportunities for account growth

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in sales, account management, customer success, or business development preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages may be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital advertising, SaaS, technology, or customer retention sales.
- Familiarity with Google Ads, online marketing, or digital solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales or renewal targets.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and proactively engage them throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Contact customers prior to contract expiration to discuss renewal options and secure renewals.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve retention and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer usage, business needs, and account performance to recommend suitable solutions.
- Address customer concerns and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues that may impact renewals.
- Negotiate renewal terms and pricing within approved guidelines.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Meet or exceed renewal revenue, retention, and productivity targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and provide regular pipeline updates to management.
