Ready Mix Operations Manager

Overview

Interbeton , part of TITAN Greece, has an exciting opportunity for an Ready Mix Operations Manager to join our team in Kalamata. This role directly reports to the Regional Manager. The primary function of this position is to lead and optimize the overall performance of the Ready-Mix Concrete business within the assigned area, overseeing operations, commercial activities, customer relationships, safety, quality, and profitability while ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Polytechnic School Graduate or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or any other related fields.
• 4+ years of experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction materials, manufacturing, or a similar industrial environment.
• Proven experience in leading operational teams and managing business performance.
• Strong understanding of production processes, quality management, maintenance, logistics, and Health & Safety requirements.
• Commercial mindset with experience in customer relationship management and sales performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze operational and financial data and drive performance improvements.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business reporting systems.
• Fulfilled military obligations (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Ready-Mix Concrete operations within the assigned area, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all activities.
• Drive compliance with Health & Safety standards, company policies, and legal requirements across plants, fleet operations, and customer sites.
• Oversee production, maintenance, quality, and logistics activities, ensuring operational excellence and achievement of performance targets.
• Monitor operational performance and resource utilization, identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with technical specifications, customer requirements, and company standards.
• Lead the commercial activities of the area, supporting the achievement of sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Manage and develop the sales team while building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and customer needs, identifying opportunities to strengthen business performance and market position.
• Prepare and monitor operational and commercial budgets, ensuring effective cost control and resource allocation.
• Lead and develop operational and commercial teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
