Overview
Revenue Management Manager
Responsible for pricing strategy, pricing policy, pack-price architecture, and mix management.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement pricing strategy and pricing policies across channels and customers.
- Develop and maintain optimal pack-price architecture to ensure clear consumer value ladders and maximize category profitability.
- Drive mix management initiatives to improve revenue, margin, and portfolio performance.
- Identify pricing and assortment opportunities based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
- Lead revenue optimization projects, including price increases, promotional effectiveness, and portfolio rationalization.
- Monitor category performance, analyze key revenue drivers, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Commercialization teams to align commercial strategies and business objectives.
- Support annual business planning delivering revenue growth initiatives
Qualifications
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Pricing, or Commercial Strategy, preferably within FMCG.
- Additional experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Insights, Category Management, or Commercial Finance will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proven expertise in pricing strategy, pricing execution, pack-price architecture, and mix management.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Experience in identifying growth opportunities and driving revenue and profitability improvement initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain functions.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities required
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong project management and prioritization capabilities.
- Fluent English & Polish, both written and spoken.
Compensation and Benefits: • The expected starting compensation range for this position is 278800,0 PLN annually (gross).• Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
