Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels when needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout terminals, facilities, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify credentials and/or authorized access, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, or operational concerns according to site protocols.
• Complete routine reports and activity logs, document incidents accurately, and communicate with site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
