As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol in Stafford, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, including offices, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Support daily operations by observing the location for security-related concerns, assisting with routine inquiries, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident records in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements
- Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
