Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Tacoma, WA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $26-40/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope

• Repair, diagnose, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery, including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and other mechanical systems
• Perform installations and modifications of industrial equipment as needed
• Work with precision tools and follow safety protocols to complete tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Millwright, Mechanic, or in a similar industrial role
• Comfortable working with conveyors, motors, gearboxes, pulleys, and related mechanical systems
• Experience using precision tools for measurement and repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
