Position Overview

The Office Coordinator provides front-desk support and serves as a key resource for applicants, employees, and visitors. This role assists with registration, employment inquiries, onboarding documentation, training activities, and general office operations. The Office Coordinator supports communication between field employees and office departments while helping ensure documentation is collected, organized, and submitted appropriately. This position plays an important role in supporting daily office functions and delivering excellent customer service.

This position is located in Staten Island, New York.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist applicants, employees, and visitors with inquiries, registration, and general support needs
  • Provide assistance with employee questions related to departments, systems, mobile applications, identification, and other resources
  • Support onboarding processes by completing, collecting, organizing, and submitting required employment and compliance documentation
  • Serve as a liaison between field employees and office departments to support effective communication
  • Assist with orientation, training, and classroom activities by preparing materials, documentation, and required resources
  • Support instructors and participants during training sessions, including sign-in/sign-out procedures and document collection
  • Maintain and distribute PPE, office supplies, forms, and other necessary materials
  • Provide translation assistance and support with document completion when needed

Requirements

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish and English and proficient in both languages
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new systems and applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay Range

USD $18.00 - USD $23.00 /Hr.
