Position Overview

Security Guards will be assigned to residential, commercial, and high-end concierge sites across NYC. Guards are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment while delivering professional customer service

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong security presence at the post
• Conduct hourly vertical patrols and perimeter checks (physically demanding roles)
• Remain alert and responsive at all times
• Greet tenants and visitors professionally
• Maintain site logbooks and access control
• Follow all post orders and emergency protocols
• Uphold uniform and grooming standards

Requirements

Qualifications/Experience

• Active NYS Security Guard License ( must have physical card , must not expire within 2 months; proof of renewal required if close to expiration)
• Must be open to weekends for ALL POSITIONS
• 8-Hour and 16-Hour Security Certificates
• F-01 Fire Guard preferred (NOT REQUIRED FOR ALL ROLES)
• Valid Social Security Card
• Valid NY State ID or Driver’s License
• Resume
• Birth Certificate , Passport (or valid work authorization documents) will be needed for same day or next day onboarding
• Physically able to stand/walk for long periods and perform patrols

Pay Range

USD $17.01 - USD $17.01 /Hr.
