Responsibilities

Job Summary
To coordinate with operations management to prepare for projects, perform duties to mobilize, rig up, operate, and demobilize from projects, and finally, to lead or facilitate post-project meetings.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
•
Operating filter systems, Oil/H2O separations tanks, produced water treatment systems, and oilfield chemistry.
•
Generate field Job Safety Analysis reports.
•
To work with safety as a top priority in order to minimize accidents and incidents.
•
To continually improve personal knowledge and experience.
•
To maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline and respect for peers and superiors.
•
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Common knowledge of electronic and computer skills.

Other Duties and Responsibilitie s
OE/Lean
•
Actively participates in the implementation of sustainable improvement processes, such as 5S, Kaizen, Suggestions, Daily Management Control, Standard Work, and Problem Solving.
•
Attends all OE training as it is deployed by the OE team.
•
Suggestions – 18 per year. Gemba walk done daily.
•
Must have the capability of running a complete job night shift under the guidance of a Supervisor available for job situations and technical expertise.

Functions as a Lead Team member when called upon, and oversees the execution of assigned Hoshins.

Leads Pre- and Post-Job Meeting.
•
Submits time sheets of Team in a timely fashion.

Leads according to the Transformational Rules for Leaders.

Assist in the interviewing of potential Team Members.
Customer/Business Skills

Capable of explaining the entire job process, including current conditions and any job-related issues.

Responsible for ensuring that all Customer expectations and requirements are met on location during the course of the job.

Capable of completing accurate field tickets and having them signed on location by Customer.

Has basic understanding of margins, operating profits, and project economics.
•
Participates in Voice of the Customer (VoC) activities as requested.
•
Responsible for turning in all third-party delivery tickets and purchase receipts.
Work Hours : Work hours vary depending on the scope of the project. Must have ability to work 24-hours on-call, meaning subject to call-out 24 hours a day working holidays, weekends, and overtime, as necessary, and away from home for the duration of the project.
Licensing : Incumbent must meet applicable Federal and/or State regulations/requirements regarding qualifications of drivers FMCSA or Pipeline work – PHMSA.
Working Conditions : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly not conducting work in a controlled office environment, sitting at a desk. On a regular basis, there may be exposure to plant areas, onshore job sites, and offshore job sites which include exposure to outside weather conditions as well as loud noise from equipment and dust from production processes.
Travel : To and from job sites or docks in a vehicle, or transported to the rig site by boat or helicopter.
Safety Equipment : Safety equipment required while performing the duties of this job include but not limited to an ANSI approved hardhat and safety glasses, safety shoes/boots with steel toe protection. Also may be required to wear goggles, cotton or high impact gloves, work vest, respirator, chemical/Neoprene Gloves, Chemical Apron, Hearing Protection, and Fall Protection device.
Safety Training: A new employee hired to perform the duties of this position is required to be provided New Employee Training by a qualified individual who consists of a total of 24 hours of PEC Core training. Water Survival if working on water, certified rigging API RP2D, first aid CPR, Fall Protection competent user if working at heights, and defensive driving.
Additional refresher safety training will be required as management deems appropriate or as dictated by MSHA/OSHA regulations.
Additionally attends monthly safety meetings, submits 3 BBS/COACH cards a month, and completes JSEAs prior to each task.
Performance Rating Criteria
This will include criteria for rating of job requirements such as suggestions, kaizens, gemba walks, NCRs, competency portfolio, COACH cards, safety meetings and performance evaluations all of which will be tied to performance ratings and incentive payments.
