Senior Project Manager - Municipal Engineering

Overview

Quiddity is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Municipal work to join our expanding team in Tampa . This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in our continued growth while working on impactful infrastructure projects that serve communities across the region.

In this leadership role, you will collaborate with clients to deliver a wide range of municipal public infrastructure projects, including water, wastewater, roadway, and drainage systems . Responsibilities

•

Lead and manage the planning, design, and execution of public works infrastructure projects

•

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction

•

Oversee and mentor a team of engineers, EITs, and technical staff throughout project lifecycles

•

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining high-quality standards

•

Collaborate across disciplines and with local agencies to navigate permitting, regulatory compliance, and funding requirements

•

Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals and presentations

•

Monitor and manage project financial performance, resource planning, and team utilization

Qualifications

•

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

•

Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Florida, or ability to obtain within a reasonable timeframe

•

10+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a focus on municipal projects

•

Proven leadership and team management skills

•

Strong technical expertise in municipal water, wastewater, drainage, and roadway infrastructure

•

Excellent communication, client relationship, and project management skills
