Main Activities & Responsibilities

• Global BI & Digital Transformation: Aligning international commercial strategies with scalable data solutions.
• Data Harmonization & Governance: Standardizing multi-country datasets and bridging technical compliance with commercial reporting needs.
• Field Force Optimization: Mapping local field processes to actionable data requirements and KPIs.
• Data Storytelling & Visualization: Developing interactive Power BI dashboards that surface high-impact, actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Scaling analytical expertise and fostering a data-driven mindset across global teams.
