Responsibilities
As a Performance Improvement Coordinator , you’ll help drive a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Using Lean principles, you’ll coach and partner with administrators, clinicians, and frontline teams to solve problems, enhance processes, and deliver measurable, lasting results.
In this highly collaborative and independent role, you’ll lead improvement initiatives, facilitate change, and work closely with Nursing, Operations, and Quality leaders to create more efficient, effective systems. Your work will directly shape better outcomes—for both patients and staff—while advancing a culture of excellence and innovation.
Qualifications
Education
•
Bachelor's Degree in a Healthcare related field required
Experience
•
3 years of experience in Healthcare Quality Improvement or related field required
•
Experience with regulatory bodies and requirements that impact performance implementation (e.g., TJC, CDPH, CMS) required
