This role is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service consistent with Live! Casino core service standards and brand attributes. It will provide direct supervision to the Wardrobe Room attendants and will coordinate, control, maintain and distribute Live! Casino team member uniforms. This role reports directly to human resources.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact

  • Maintains and distributes uniforms in accordance with schedules, practices, and policies.
  • Develops, implements, and executes a mainly electronic process for all uniform procedures for new and current team members.
  • Coordinates, conducts, and manages uniform alterations as needed. Hires, trains, and leads Wardrobe Room Team Members.
  • Develops, regularly updates, and flawlessly executes a team member store to provide logo items to team members for purchase.
  • Responsible for the financial performance of the Wardrobe Room and works with accountants to track uniforms for all departmental budgets.
  • Coordinates with all vendors for sourcing, ordering and dry-cleaning services.
  • Ensures repair and maintenance of Wardrobe Room equipment to include periodic inspection for cleanliness and repair.
  • Maintains record of repair and cleaning.
  • Controls assignment of controlled lockers and locker bags to team members.
  • Meets the demands of a fast-paced environment by using good judgment and the ability to multi-task.
  • Proactively greet, interact, and assist casino staff in a professional manner to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious work environment and thank them when they lend assistance.
  • Accommodates special and seasonal uniform requests and ensure on time delivery. Develops and disseminates written operating procedures for the Wardrobe Room.
  • Sources and orders uniforms that align with the company vision and Live! brand standards.
  • Periodically evaluates the uniform program with the goal of improving the program to better suit TM needs and become more cost efficient.
  • Sources new uniforms to meet these goals.
  • Creates and maintains a Uniform Deck and supporting documentation including resources to help Team Members comply with wardrobe and appearance standards.
  • Builds uniforms as needed to accommodate non-standard sizes.
  • Coordinates with the Marketing Department to develop and create promotional costumes for special events and Showgirls as needed.
  • Assists other departments as needed including working with Marketing and Events to design, source, create, and install select visual displays.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills to Help You Succeed

  • Able to follow and understand complex instructions.
  • Knowledge of how to use a sewing machine.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
  • Possess good math skills for inventory control.
  • Responsive to the needs of all internal and external customers and team members.
  • Ability to professionally communicate with team members, vendors, and upper management.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
  • Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Two (2) to Four (4) years of experience with uniform and inventory control.
  • Must have knowledge and experience with alterations, uniform fitting sewing or tailoring.
  • Two (2) years of qualified experience with the InvoTech system and GIMS software is highly desirable.
  • Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by any applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.
