Position Summary
Central Maine Medical Center is seeking a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join an established outpatient practice in Topsham, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient-only primary care in a supportive, community-focused environment while being part of a growing healthcare network.
Physicians will provide comprehensive care to adult and family medicine patients while collaborating with specialists and hospital-based providers within the Central Maine Healthcare system.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic primary care
- Manage chronic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease
- Conduct routine physical exams and wellness visits
- Coordinate care with specialists and hospital services
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
- Participate in quality improvement and population health initiatives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes
Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for Maine medical licensure
- DEA certification or eligibility
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
