The Experience Designer plays a key role in driving product strategy, mentoring team members, and contributing to the design system.
Your Role Responsibilities — Here's What You'll Do

- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams — including product managers, product owners, development engineers, and senior management — to drive product vision and strategy.
- Partner with user researchers to plan, develop, and execute research that defines, optimizes, and evolves our products; proactively identify research opportunities to close knowledge gaps at the product level.
- Use storytelling methods to communicate complex concepts and design work to varied audiences, clearly articulating the reasoning, principles, and user insights that drive design decisions.
- Mentor, coach, and provide actionable feedback to team members, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous growth.

Role Essentials — What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- A professional portfolio that demonstrates both pragmatic and creative thinking, including the ability to work within constraints, shifting schedules, and competing priorities.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools, with proven experience creating high-quality design artifacts including concepts, journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience integrating user research into product designs and design practices.
- Experience leading design activities within an Agile product delivery methodology across the complete product design and development lifecycle.
What We'd Like to See
- Experience with responsive, mobile, and product design across multi-disciplinary, collaborative team environments.
- Design strategy and thought leadership experience, with the ability to introduce new design approaches and methods that drive positive outcomes such as efficiency, speed to market, and innovation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, approachable, and collaborative demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently across multiple projects, often navigating ambiguity, time constraints, and technical complexity.
- Ability to support and present design work with clear rationale, data, and user research to diverse stakeholder groups.
