You will be responsible to

Join Hovione’s Brand & External Communications team and help shape how some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies experience and understand our services and technologies.

Working across multiple business areas and international markets, you will support the communication of Hovione’s service portfolios, connecting science, technology and business through integrated communication initiatives that contribute to the company’s continued growth.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a global, innovation-driven organization, working closely with business leaders and communication specialists while helping accelerate the transformation of our communications function.

• Support the development and execution of communication plans for different service portfolios and business areas;
• Act as a communication project coordinator, bringing together different capabilities and specialists - including media relations, social media, content creation, events, conferences and trade shows, email marketing and digital channels - to ensure consistent and effective execution;
• Work with technical and business teams to transform complex scientific and technological topics into clear and engaging communication;
• Support the creation and adaptation of content and communication materials for different audiences and channels;
• Collaborate closely with Business, Marketing and Sales teams to understand priorities and identify communication opportunities;
• Monitor the implementation and performance of communication initiatives and campaigns;
• Help identify new ways to strengthen the visibility and positioning of Hovione’s services and technologies;
• Contribute with ideas and initiatives that support the evolution and transformation of the Communications function.

We are looking to recruit a Candidate

• Recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Management or Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field;
• Strong interest in the intersection of science, business and communication;
• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken;
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced international environment;
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage several initiatives simultaneously;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with the energy and ambition to help drive change and support a fast-growing global company.
