Are you a commercially driven sales professional with a passion for gaming innovation? Do you thrive at the intersection of product, performance, and partnerships? We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to act as the commercial champion for our innovation and alternative product studios.

In this role, you will own revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of cutting-edge products, serving as the key link between studios, internal stakeholders, and global customers. You’ll play a critical part in bringing new gaming experiences to market and maximizing their commercial success.

Responsibilities

🎯 Your Mission

As the Business Development Manager, you will

  • Drive revenue growth across innovation and alternative product studios
  • Own and deliver commercial plans aligned with studio roadmaps
  • Act as the primary commercial representative , both internally and externally
  • Ensure products achieve maximum market impact from launch to maturity

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute commercial plans that unlock growth potential
  • Analyse studio performance, KPIs, and market intelligence to identify opportunities
  • Identify content gaps, market trends, and new commercial opportunities

Product Launch & Performance

  • Deliver end-to-end product rollouts , from market canvassing to live launch
  • Ensure new game releases receive optimal distribution and positioning
  • Adapt launch strategies to align with individual product targets and USPs

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

  • Liaise closely with product, tech, legal, and operational teams
  • Act as the face of the studio in day-to-day customer interactions
  • Build and expand strong, lasting commercial relationships
  • Represent the studios at international industry events and customer meetings

Qualifications

đź§  Who are we looking for?

•

At least 3 years’ experience within the gambling industry or a commercial sales role

•

Strong negotiation, presentation, and sales skills

•

A genuine passion for gaming and innovative products

•

Confidence working with KPIs, commercials, and performance data

•

Ability to understand technical processes and translate them into commercial actions

•

Awareness of legal and regulatory requirements impacting commercial delivery

•

Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative, driven mindset

•

Fluency in English (additional languages are a strong advantage)

•

Willingness to travel regularly internationally
