Job Details
Rehab Services Coordinator , a front-office lead role in a rehabilitation or outpatient therapy setting.
Responsibilities
- Managing clerical staff,
- Overseeing front office functions and for all clerical duties including patient intake,
- Scheduling, registering patients
- Verifying insurances,
- Tacking insurance authorizations,
- collecting copays,
- Answering phones and providing general administrative support functions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Experience in an outpatient setting strongly preferred but not required.
Posted Salary Range
USD $23.43 - USD $35.15 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
