  • Create and maintain a consistent, unified communication approach across all agency teams.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, support, and develop the agency sales team, ensuring they deliver on targets and the sales strategies set out by the business.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sustainable short, mid, and long-term sales strategies, goals, and objectives for the team.
  • Ensure that the sales team adopts a portfolio sales approach and actively contributes to all relevant brands.
  • Work with the broader commercial team to successfully translate client priorities into clear, actionable objectives for your team.

Financial Reporting & Internal Operations

  • Handle the financial reporting and forecasting of Automotive's display performance to the business.
  • Provide absolute clarity on historic, current, and future performances, ensuring the team communicates an accurate sales pipeline.
  • Strategically collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect innovative brand, commercial, and product strategies that drive meaningful business impact.
  • Ensure relevant internal stakeholders have direct access to key agency contacts.
  • Partner closely with the Studio team to support the delivery of creative responses to briefs with a focus on engagement and action.

Commercial Growth & Alignment

  • Lead on opportunities for commercial growth, generating and building out comprehensive go-to-market strategies for each new opportunity (such as DataMarket, Podcasts, etc.) and measuring their success.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the client direct team to ensure clients and agencies experience identical levels of service, insights, and a completely joined-up approach.

What Success Looks Like

  • Secured spend from all major OEMs in the market, with clearly established ‘work toward’ revenue targets for growth.
  • A best-in-class and fully consistent agency approach implemented for all agency communication across the entire team.
  • A well-supported, highly functional sales team that consistently delivers on business targets and strategic objectives

Skills / Experience / Knowledge / Minimum Criteria

Key Selection Criteria

  • Leadership / Coaching: A capability to manage, support, and develop a sales team to deliver on business targets.
  • Generating & Influencing Revenue: A strong track record of commercial management and over-achieving on set budgets.
  • Commercial Development Strategy: A proven track record of transforming innovative concepts into market-leading strategies, with a demonstrated ability to design, execute, and quantifiably validate new commercial ventures.
