Company Overview

Docusign brings agreements to life. Over 1.5 million customers and more than a billion people in over 180 countries use Docusign solutions to accelerate the process of doing business and simplify people’s lives. With intelligent agreement management, Docusign unleashes business-critical data that is trapped inside of documents. Until now, these were disconnected from business systems of record, costing businesses time, money, and opportunity. Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).

What you'll do

Ready to be a leader in our strategic transformation and help us put people at the heart of business integrity? We are looking for a seasoned professional who understands that compliance isn’t just about rules - it’s about people. As our Senior Compliance Counsel, APAC you will join Docusign’s Global Business Integrity team to focus on the human side of compliance. Reporting to the Head of International Regulatory Compliance, your mission is to be a strategic driver of our mission to unlock responsible global growth - helping the business get where they want to go swiftly, safely, and strategically. You will apply the principles of behavioral science and decision design to our global integrity program, making it intuitive, useful, and even delightful for our employees and customers. You will be a consultative partner to local and regional leadership, leveraging emerging technology and AI to scale our culture of integrity.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Head of International Regulatory Compliance. Responsibility

Partner cross-functionally with global Sales, Product, and Marketing to architect regional expansion that is as resilient as it is rapid

Embed as a trusted regional partner, ensuring integrity and compliance controls are natively integrated into regional operations and local business practices

Translate complex regional requirements (including FCPA/ABAC, Trade, Public Sector) into actionable localized programs and internal controls

Scale the "Everyday Integrity Coaches" program, facilitating high-energy enablement and fostering a transparent "listen-up" environment

Support the operation and effectiveness of core workflows (Due Diligence, COI, Export) and design new ones with a relentless focus on frictionless user experience

Apply behavioral science to redesign systems, making the ethical path the path of least resistance

Leverage emerging technology daily, including Docusign’s own Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, AI tools, and data analytics to modernize compliance controls and provide real-time risk insights at scale

Command the stage, the screen, and the page. You’ll transform dense risk concepts into sleek creative assets and enablement tools that empower our business clients and simplify the "right" decision

Champion the idea that a well-designed integrity program is a competitive advantage and a cornerstone of a trustworthy brand
