Job Description

You’ll work across major global brands, creating and adapting digital assets that engage and inspire. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, and producers to bring ideas to life across multiple digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Create and adapt designs for digital formats such as key visuals, static ads, newsletters, landing pages, banners, shopper assets, etc...
  • Review and refine layouts, visuals, and copy to deliver final artwork ready for production.
  • Apply solid knowledge of graphic and digital design principles, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Developing digital concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Perform photo retouching and visual adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, UX, development) to ensure design feasibility and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or related field or have previous experience (+3-4 year)
  • Advanced knowledge in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Ability to work with short-turnaround deadlines.
  • Understanding of digital platforms and formats (key visuals, OOH, Shopper assets, emails, banners, responsive web design).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Experience working with AI tools such as Adobe Firefly or similar
  • Experience working in markets in Asia, Oceania, or Africa is a plus
  • Language: Advanced level of English will be assessed at interview by The Talent Team.
  • Some Figma experience will be also valued.
